Instructions:
Briefly massage the skin before applying to stimulate blood flow.
For asthma or shortness of breath episode:
Rub a dab (corn kernel size) of Neumactil on the upper chest and neck and massage until completely absorbed. May be applied to the upper back or underarm for the same effect. Do not apply over deodorant.
To deter or prevent asthma episodes from happening:
Twice daily, every day, or as often as possible, rub a dab (corn kernel size) of Neumactil on the upper chest and neck and massage until completely absorbed. May be applied to the upper back or underarm for the same effect. Do not apply over deodorant.
COPD, bronchitis, other respiratory problems and mucous treatment:
Rub a dab (corn kernel size) of Neumactil on the upper chest and neck and massage until completely absorbed twice daily. May be applied to the upper back or underarm for the same effect. Do not apply over deodorant.
For cough:
Massage a small dab (corn kernel size) of Neumactil into indentation (space) between collarbones, where windpipe meets chest. For about a minute, cough may intensify before stopping.
For muscle aches:
Massage into stressed muscle and allow to relax. Since Neumactil will assist in the deep penetration of ingredients, you may apply Neumactil over natural muscle rubs, but not over man-made chemicals.
